Collection or delivery
The checkout or order confirmation states whether an item is collected from school, delivered, or fulfilled as a service. Bring the order or receipt number and any requested identification when collecting.
Timing
Fulfilment timelines are confirmed by the school for each order. Contact the school before paying if a specific deadline is essential.
Availability
Payment confirmation does not permit overselling. If an exceptional stock discrepancy prevents fulfilment, the school will offer an approved alternative, later fulfilment or refund review.
