School purchases and payments
Prices are stated in Ghana cedis. A submitted order is subject to availability and applicable student, class, campus, academic-year or term rules. A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment; an order or bill is paid only after the school verifies the transaction.
Pricing, availability and fulfilment
The school may correct genuine pricing or billing errors before fulfilment and will contact the payer where this affects an order. Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting the correct child, size, variant and service.
Accounts and acceptable use
Portal users must protect their credentials and may access only children and records linked to them. Misuse, attempted unauthorised access or fraudulent payment claims may result in access restriction and investigation.
