Information we collect and why
We collect information needed to enrol and support students, communicate with parents and guardians, provide school services, maintain safeguarding and academic records, issue bills, fulfil orders and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Paystack. The school sends transaction details needed to process and reconcile a payment. The school does not store complete card details or Mobile Money credentials.
Protection and retention
Access is limited according to staff duties. Records are retained only as required for education, safeguarding, accounting, dispute handling and applicable Ghanaian law, then securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
